Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Production Manager / Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to optimize resources and meet customer demands.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and resolve production issues promptly.
• Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for performance enhancement.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee materials planning to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality management systems.
