Trainee IT Helpdesk Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to support requests, escalating and coordinating with vendors when required.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to internal stakeholders, including remote and phone-based assistance.
  • Deliver technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institute, or NVQ Level 4 or above in a relevant field.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
