Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to support requests, escalating and coordinating with vendors when required.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to internal stakeholders, including remote and phone-based assistance.
- Deliver technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institute, or NVQ Level 4 or above in a relevant field.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
