WE’RE HIRING: Graphic Designer for GME Finance Sri Lanka (Remote Job)

Core Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; sometimes Figma, Canva, After Effects)

Strong understanding of:

  • Color theory
  • Typography
  • Layout & composition
  • Branding principles
  • Ability to create print and digital designs

(logos, posters, social media graphics, ads, brochures, packaging, etc.)

Basic knowledge of file preparation for print and digital publishing

Portfolio Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Branding and logo work
  • Marketing or advertising materials
  • Digital and/or print projects
  • Ability to explain design decisions and creative process

Education & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in:
  • Graphic Design
  • Visual Communication
  • Multimedia Arts
  • 1–3+ years of experience

Technical & Additional Skills

Familiarity with:

  • Social media design standards
  • Web graphics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience with:
  • Brand guidelines
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Motion graphics
