We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites. Hotel environment on 24X7 Roster basis.

Candidates responsible and Requirements:

  • Diploma /Bachelor's degree/ HND in computer science
  • Configure and support opera/EMC Symphony and SAP Login systems.
  • Technical background, and understanding of key infrastructure products.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows 11 Pro, Office 365, Outlook, and end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers)
  • Manage Azure Active Directory, AD DS, user access, and security policies Monitor and manage endpoint security, antivirus, virus guard
  • Monitor and troubleshoot hotel Wi-Fi systems Provide first-level infrastructure and IT support, coordinating with service providers, Group IT, and Head Office IT
  • Working proficiency with standard ticketing knowledge.
  • Communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Proven experience supporting end users via remote tools and onsite
  • Minimum 06-month to 01-year experience and fresher with exceptional IT skills also encourage to apply.
