Graduate Trainee - Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Graduate Trainee – Full Stack Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building modern web applications. This role is ideal for undergraduates and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in full-stack development and exposure to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and responsive web applications using React / Next.js
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Debug, test, and resolve application issues and integration challenges
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve development processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and React fundamentals
• Familiarity with Next.js, HTML, and CSS
• Basic understanding of REST APIs
• Experience using Git/version control systems
• Strong willingness to learn and contribute to team projects

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or modern JavaScript libraries
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Academic or personal GitHub projects/portfolio
