Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Operator to join our team on-site at our Colombo location. The Marketing Operator will manage daily marketing operations, implement marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with company goals. Responsibilities will include assisting with content creation and curation, overseeing digital marketing efforts, monitoring social media platforms, and contributing to brand strategy execution. Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing for marketing purposes
• Knowledge of social media marketing, analytics, and engagement strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, and campaign management
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Colombo
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
• Prior experience in marketing or a related field is an advantage
