Job Description

Revox Private Limited is a Technology Outsourcing and Consulting Agency focused on crafting emotionally resonant digital experiences across web, mobile, and gaming platforms. As we grow, we’re looking for a strong HR professional to take ownership of our HR function and help build solid systems and structure.

What we’re looking for:

  • Manage end-to-end HR generalist functions (onboarding, records, attendance, leave, confirmations, exits)
  • Design and implement probation and annual performance evaluation systems
  • Develop and document HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and internal processes
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies
  • Partner with management and team leads on people-related decisions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, energetic culture
  • Take ownership of building and improving the HR function from its current stage

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • CQHRM or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management (HR specialization preferred)
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with strong HR Generalist exposure
  • Proven experience in setting up HR systems and frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Approachable personality that fits a collaborative and dynamic work environment
