We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our development team. The role focuses on building high-quality frontend experiences while collaborating across a modern tech stack to deliver scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Write clean, scalable, and type-safe code using TypeScript
• Translate Figma designs into polished, functional UI components using CSS, Tailwind CSS, and/or shadcn/ui
• Ensure UI/UX consistency and optimize frontend performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend components with backend services and cloud infrastructure
• Participate in Git workflows including branching, merging, and pull request reviews
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply best practices in frontend development and maintain coding standards
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills in technical environments

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Strong proficiency in React.js and the Next.js framework
• Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with CSS3 and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or shadcn/ui
• Familiarity with Git version control workflows
• Basic knowledge of Node.js for API development and general familiarity with Spring Boot (preferred)
• Awareness of automated testing tools such as Jest or Cypress (preferred)
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
