Role Overview

The Group Head – Supply Chain will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with strong FMCG experience, capable of driving operational excellence, commercial growth, and digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and inventory management.
• Lead and commercialize 3PM/3PL operations to enhance service offerings and profitability.
• Manage international sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, and export/trading operations.
• Drive cost optimization, service level improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Implement and optimize ERP/SCM systems, TMS/WMS platforms, and digital supply chain technologies.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including IoT and AI/ML applications within supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Build and mentor high-performing supply chain teams across multiple business units.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Food Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in FMCG and/or perishable goods supply chain management.
• Proven track record in commercializing 3PM/3PL services.
• Hands-on experience in international sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and export/trading operations.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing ERP/SCM systems, TMS/WMS platforms, and leveraging IoT and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
