E-commerce Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to our products via email, marketplace messaging systems, and online platforms
  • Provide support for orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and order tracking
  • Respond to customer questions on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce marketplaces
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, sales, and portfolio teams)
  • Maintain accurate customer records, case logs, and reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Customer Service (E-commerce preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (written communication is very important)
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally under pressure
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customer communication across multiple marketplaces and regions
  • Willingness to use AI tools to assist in understanding and responding in different languages when required
