Our European client is on the lookout for a talented Sales Engineer to join their team in Sri Lanka.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Very high level of English fluency (spoken and written).
• Lead professional discussions with international clients.
• Able to present solutions clearly in meetings and video calls.
• Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem, including:
  • Software development and IT services
  • Cloud, integration, workflows, and enterprise platforms
• Understanding of ServiceNow (preferred and
• highly valued), including:
  • ITSM, ITOM, workflows, and service management challenges
  • Ability to understand client pain points around ServiceNow implementation and usage
• Proven sales experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • IT services
  • Enterprise software
  • ServiceNow-related solutions
  • ERP or business process platforms
• Exposure to consulting or outsourcing business models.
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of generic ERP challenges,
• including:
  • Business process integration
  • Data consistency and reporting
  • Customization, scalability, and user adoption issues
• Experience selling to European or international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
• Excellent spoken and written English to collaborate with onsite teams in the EU.
