Sales Engineer

Our European client is on the lookout for a talented Sales Engineer to join their team in Sri Lanka.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Very high level of English fluency (spoken and written).
- Lead professional discussions with international clients.
- Able to present solutions clearly in meetings and video calls.
- Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem, including:
- Software development and IT services
- Cloud, integration, workflows, and enterprise platforms
- Understanding of ServiceNow (preferred and
- highly valued), including:
- ITSM, ITOM, workflows, and service management challenges
- Ability to understand client pain points around ServiceNow implementation and usage
- Proven sales experience in one or more of the following areas:
- IT services
- Enterprise software
- ServiceNow-related solutions
- ERP or business process platforms
- Exposure to consulting or outsourcing business models.
- Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of generic ERP challenges,
- including:
- Business process integration
- Data consistency and reporting
- Customization, scalability, and user adoption issues
- Experience selling to European or international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
- Excellent spoken and written English to collaborate with onsite teams in the EU.
