Our European client is on the lookout for a talented Odoo Developer to join their team in Sri Lanka.

Your Profile

• 1-3 years of professional development experience with hands-on Odoo ERP work.
• Strong expertise in Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise), including ORM, views, workflows, and security rules.
• Very good Python skills with a solid understanding
• of Odoo's framework and architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Proficiency in XML, QWeb, and Odoo frontend customization.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (Odoo Web
• Client; OWL is a strong plus).
• Experience with REST APIs and external integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and deployment best practices.
• Solid experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience participating in Odoo upgrades and migrations between versions.
• Good understanding of business processes and ERP logic.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, with occasional supervision.
• Proven experience with real-world Odoo implementations of moderate to high complexity.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English to collaborate with onsite teams in the EU.
