ARCHNIX IT is looking for a experienced Sales Coordinator to support and manage our corporate sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is well-organized, good at communication, and interested in building a career in IT and corporate sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales Coordination / Corporate Sales (IT or hardware preferred)
• Strong skills in Excel, email communication, and documentation
• Good command of English + Sinhala or Tamil
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and suppliers

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate sales orders from quotation to delivery & invoicing
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, availability, and procurement
• Track order status and ensure on-time delivery and installation
• Maintain accurate CRM, customer database, and sales reports
• Support tender documentation and large project coordination
• Handle client follow-ups and post-delivery feedback
• Ensure proper handover to technical & warranty teams.
