Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and an excellent client experience
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries through email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Assist in preparing proposals, service overviews, and follow-up communications.
• Continuously develop a strong understanding of our services—including web development, SEO, advertising, and web solutions—to communicate confidently with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
• Comfortable interacting with clients and committed to guiding them toward the right solutions
• Candidates must be based in Kandy or be able to commute to Kandy.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or IT solutions—such as websites, SEO, advertising, or software—is considered a bonus
