We’re looking for a Trainee Growth Hacker/ Trainee Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative, data-driven strategies. Responsibilities

These are the responsibilities that we expect you to handle

  • Assist in designing and running growth experiments across different channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, referral campaigns, etc.).
  • Collect, analyze, and report on user behavior data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the setup and testing of A/B experiments for landing pages, email campaigns, and user flows.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new channels for acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Help manage and optimize tools for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.

Requirements

These are the requirements that we expect from you

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field OR proven self-taught skills in digital marketing/growth
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with some familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or similar.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and eager to learn by doing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points

These skills will give you a winning chance

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Understanding basic HTML/CSS or no-code tools (Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, etc.).
  • Exposure to CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Prior internship, freelance, or personal project related to digital growth or marketing.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
