💼 Internship Role

IT Sales Intern – Tech Sales | AI Solutions | High-Ticket Closing

This role is for people who want real-world sales exposure, not theory.

You won’t be shadowing.

You won’t be observing.

You’ll be selling AI solutions that businesses actually use and pay for.

🌍 Where You’ll Work

🌐 100% Remote (WFH)

Work from anywhere. Output matters more than location.

⏱️ How We Work (Important)

This is not an hourly internship.

• ❌ No fixed working hours
• ❌ No time tracking
• ✅ Goals, deadlines, and pay are based on projects closed and outcomes delivered

If you perform, you earn. Simple.

💰 Compensation & Growth

🔹 Month 1 – Performance Entry Phase

• Unpaid internship
• 10% flat commission on every deal you close (Capped at 20,000 LKR per deal)
• Earnings are 100% performance-based

🔹 Month 2 Onwards – Post Performance Review

• LKR 20,000 flat monthly stipend
• 12.5% commission on all closed deals
• No cap on commissions

📈 Targets, deal sizes, and incentive structure will be clearly explained during the interview.

Your income is tied to projects closed, not hours worked.

🎯 What You’ll Actually Do

• Cold calling & outbound B2B outreach
• Understanding business problems and identifying decision-makers
• Sympathising with prospects and positioning DuskQ’s AI solutions as the answer
• Pitching AI Agents, LLMs & Knowledge Base solutions
• Setting meetings and closing deals
• Managing follow-ups and sales pipelines
• Weekly goals based on projects closed — not time spent

⏳ Internship Structure

• 3-month probation period
• Performance evaluated on:
  • Consistency
  • Communication & professionalism
  • Closures and deal contribution
