Commitment: Minimum 30 hours per week

This  workshop is our way to discover motivated security‑minded builders who might become long‑term partners. Think of it as a mutual "trial by building"—you learn, ship features, and decide whether you want to stay; we learn whether we work well together.

One‑on‑One Mentoring: Twice per month fixed sessions with a senior teammate; tailored security guidance, career advice, and a personalised growth roadmap.

What We Expect

• Strong interest and talent in cyber security
• Advanced Python skills (automation, tooling, exploit dev)
• 30+ weeks availability & commitment
• Proactive, transparent English communication skills or German or Italian or Spanish

• Startup or hackathon experience
• Specific tech / design / product skills

Why Unpaid?

Complex international labour and tax regulations make short‑term paid internships impractical. Instead, we invest time, coaching, tooling, and future upside. If the collaboration works, we transition you to a paid contract or equity/profit‑share role.
