Position: IT Assistant (Male Only)

Location: Testa Bake House, Head Office - Kosgama

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting hardware & software issues
• Network maintenance and support
• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Data backup and IT asset management
• Supporting the ERP and CCTV systems
• Coordinating with service providers and vendors

Candidate Profile:

• Male candidates only (age below 35 preferred)
• Diploma or Certification in IT / Networking / Hardware
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Windows OS, printers, routers, and basic networking
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel between company branches if required
