ROLE DESCRIPTION

• As Senior Technical Lead you will own architecture, code quality, and delivery across an eclectic stack that includes:
• Backend: Python (Django, DRF/FastAPi, Celery, Zappa) - Nodejs/Typescript (Express, Serverless/Middy) - Ruby on Rolls - C#/ NET (ASP NET MVC, WPF) -
• Frontend / Mobile / Desktop: React + Next.js, Vue 3 + Nuxt, Tailwind/MU, React Native, Flutter, WPF/XAMI
• Data & Al: PostgreSQL MySQL, SQl, Server, Redis, DynamoDB, Firebase - ETL pipelines, data warehouse OpenAl / vector stores
• Cloud & Devops: AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, EventBridge, S3, API Gateway, Secrets Managor), Azure (AKS, Key Voult, Functions, Container Registry), GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub) • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Serverless Framework CV/CD with GitHuD Acuons, CodeBuild, Azure Pipelines, Verce
• Tooling & Monitoring: Sentry, CloudWatch, Datadog, ELk, Cypress, Jest, Pytest Storybook, Gitflow

You'll mentor engineers, refine processes. protect uptime, and partner with Product & Execs to drive roadmap execution

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years professonal engineering with be yrs in a technical-lead statt/architect position
• Expert-level coding in Python and/or Nodejs/Typescript plus working knowedge of CA) NET or Go
• Proven micro-sorvices & event-onven design on AWS (lambda, ECS/EKE fargate Eventeridge, sa, GyriamoDe)
• Hands-on toc wit terraform de cloudFomation /CDK and automated CICD (Github Actions, CodeBuilds Azure Pipelines)
• Strong database skills (PostgreSQL MySQL and at least one NoSQL)
• Comfortable debugging React/NextJs or Vue/Next SSR apps and guiding UI teams
• Track record delivering high-throughput systems with >99.9% uptime
• Excellent communication & mentoring ability across srilanka/india distributed teams

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience integrating Stripe, Salestorce, Contentful, HubSpot, OpenAl
• Knowedge of Kubernetes, Azure AKS, or OC® Cloud Run In production,
• Prior work in healthcare or tintech compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2).
• Mobile CICD (react native, flutter) and desktop deployment (MSI/WPF).
