Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from the stakeholders
Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support product development
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to clarify
Help create process flows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and documentation
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review sessions
Analyze data and feedback to suggest improvements
User acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that features meet business requirements

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of software development (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, and Figma would be an added advantage
