We’re on the hunt for a Senior Technical Lead to join our people-first team in Colombo! 

About the Role:

If you thrive on building scalable tech, leading engineering teams, and driving innovation, this is for you. You’ll architect and scale a cloud-native SaaS platform, embed AI-powered features, and lead a talented hybrid team as we build products that make a real impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in software engineering (5+ in leadership)
• Expertise in Python, Django, DRF, microservices, and cloud infra
• Experience with AI/ML technologies in production
• Bonus: B2B SaaS experience
