Job Role:
As a Field customer Support Executive/Technician you will Be a part of our talented technical Team to offer services to corporate level customers on site
Location: Colombo
Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT Equipment (Specially -Notebook/Tabs PCs
- Good Knowledge and understand on IT Products /Technologies (Hardware, Software and Network)
- Higher Diploma/Diplama in Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized University/institute or equivalent professional Qualification
- 1-2 Years experience in similar role
- Must possess Excellent Communication skills and Customer service skills
- Having a valid motorbike license / motorbike will be an added advantage
