SEO Specialist Full-time

Position Summary:

We are excited to offer an SEO Specialist position within our dynamic digital marketing team. Our SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of effective SEO strategies & campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
  • Running effective Google Ad campaigns & managing the campaigns.
  • Writing multiple SEO optimized Blogs that will drive website traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure all online content is optimized for search engines, including website content, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify SEO strategies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, updates, and best practices to continually enhance our digital marketing efforts.
  • Creating monthly reports & KPIs for multiple clients.
  • Assist our developers in their development projects.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work On-Site - Based in Kandy District (Full-Time).
  • Expert knowledge in SEO, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge in SEO tools such as SEMrush & Ahref
  • Knowledge in Power bi is a Plus
  • Knowledge in custom coded websites and website builders such as WordPress, Shopify, WIX, etc.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in content creation, keyword research, and data analysis.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and work under pressure.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to our SEO strategies.
