THE JOB involves

• Attending to overall IT operations of the company
• Maintenance of IT devices and Company Website
• Digitalizing research questionnaires / survey instruments
• Liaising with clients, principal agents and suppliers for software / hardware solutions
• Coordinating with Research Assistants

THE PERSON should have

• Skills to conceptualize, plan, organize, prioritize and pay attention to detail
• Ability to meet timelines and complete tasks
• Proficiency in English Language, working knowledge in Sinhala &/or Tamil
• Practical use of Digital Survey Platforms and familiarity with Digital Technology and Devices
• Effective Communication, Technological, Teamwork and People Skills
• Graduate level qualification from a recognised institution

Having experience in a similar work environment will be an advantage.
