Associate Technical Lead

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Experience: 8-12 years

We are looking for a Associate Technical Lead Engineer with expertise in NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies to drive our software development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, providing technical leadership, mentoring the team, and managing seamless deployment processes

Key Skills:

• 8+ years in NET stack development (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#)
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Nodejs, Angular) and HTML/CSS
• Expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL, with strong skills in database design and query optimization
• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm
• Deep knowledge of Microservices Architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Saas
• Experience with API integration, RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous communication
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Strong experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of security best practices OWASP Top 10, SSL/TLS) and tools like burp Suite, Snyk
