Generate Mode

Simply enter the job title, and the AI will generate a complete draft job description. This includes:

This mode is ideal when you want to post a job quickly or don’t have a description prepared.

Enhance Mode

If you already have a draft or partial description, you can paste it into the editor along with the job title. The AI will refine your content by:

How ITPro Ratings Works

When candidates apply through ITPro.lk, recruiters can view all applications and CVs directly from their dashboard. Each application is automatically assigned:
