Position: IT Support Assistant (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant to join our global company. If you have a passion for IT and meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma in IT.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work onsite during night shifts (8pm-4am).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Basic understanding of networking principles.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
