Position: IT Support Assistant (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant to join our global company. If you have a passion for IT and meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement: Diploma in IT.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work onsite during night shifts (8pm-4am).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Basic understanding of networking principles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
