Program Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Lead and manage large-scale programs and multiple interrelated projects.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables aligning with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Act as primary contact for manufacturing-based clients, ensuring needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders engaged.
• Coordinate resources across projects to optimize efficiency.
• Identify resource requirements and allocate appropriately.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor throughout program lifecycle.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
• Implement quality control processes to meet standards; conduct regular reviews.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in service-based industries with manufacturing clients.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills; high integrity and professionalism.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; other certifications a plus (e.g., PRINCE2, Six Sigma).
