KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and promote stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
