  • Be passionate about writing high-quality, maintainable code that meets code quality standards.
  • Lead and collaborate with teams of engineers to provide solutions for challenging technical problems.
  • Training and mentoring of fellow team members.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate would have the following attributes.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Benefits

At Altrium, we firmly believe in creating an environment where our colleagues can do their best work to become the best version of themselves. To facilitate this, we have an unrivaled compensation and benefits structure in the Software Services Industry in Sri Lanka. Here are some of the perks you can expect as a team member,

  • An attractive compensation package where your gross monthly salary is guaranteed and pegged to a fixed USD amount. Yes, this is a no-nonsense and fully transparent compensation structure, not just a black-box bonus scheme.
  • Flexible remote working arrangements, supplemented by periodic team meetups and fun-filled offsite sessions to ensure that your career at Altrium is not just work-work-work.
  • A supportive, open team culture that challenges and enables you to be your best version without corporate red tape to prevent you from doing the right thing.
