About the Role

This is a full-time, remote, unpaid internship offering hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, technical mentorship, and opportunities to build a practical portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive interfaces and reusable components using React or Next.js.
  • Support backend services and REST API development.
  • Connect frontend features with APIs and databases.
  • Assist with database operations and application data handling.
  • Investigate bugs and improve existing application features.
  • Write readable, maintainable code following established project standards.
  • Use Git to manage changes and participate in code reviews.
  • Test completed features and document development progress.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
  • Familiarity with React or Next.js.
  • Basic understanding of backend development using Node.js, Express, PHP, or Laravel.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB or MySQL and basic database operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Git and REST APIs.
  • Coursework or personal projects demonstrating your development skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn, collaborate, and meet deadlines.
  • No previous professional experience required.
