QA Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Associate to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and overall quality of projects completed by Software Engineers, .NET Developers, and Software Engineering Interns.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Review and evaluate software projects to ensure they meet established quality standards and project requirements.
🔹 Perform thorough testing, identify defects, and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
🔹 Verify that coding standards, documentation, and best practices are consistently followed.
🔹 Review the work of all newly onboarded Software Engineering Interns, .NET Developers, and Software Engineers joining this week and over the coming days, ensuring their work meets the organization's quality standards.
🔹 Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall software quality.
🔹 Maintain accurate QA reports, test results, and related documentation.
🔹 Recommend improvements to QA processes and software development workflows.

📍 Work Arrangement

📌 Must be available to work on-site.
📌 Must be willing to visit client sites as required.
📌 Must be willing to be deployed to a client's office under the client's payroll through our outsourcing program when required.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

✔️ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
✔️ Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
✔️ Familiarity with manual testing and bug-tracking tools is an advantage.
✔️ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
✔️ Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
