Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Implement and manage network security solutions, including firewalls and access controls.
  • Conduct network health checks, vulnerability assessments, and security improvements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver networking solutions for customer implementations. Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and project reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in network implementation and support.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing Protocols, VPNs, and Network Security.
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Aruba, Huawei, Grandstream, or similar technologies is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Aruba certifications, NSE, HCIA/HCIP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
