The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to penetrate international markets. You will be responsible for outbound cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals with C-level executives and business owners. This is a performance-based role with massive upside for high achievers who can articulate technical value propositions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects in the USA, UK, Australia, and South Africa.
  • Identify decision-makers and pitch Codos Private Limited’s software, ERP implementations, and AI automation tools.
  • Understand client pain points regarding legacy systems and propose modern software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining a robust pipeline via CRM tools.
  • Overcome objections regarding pricing, implementation timelines, and technical complexity.
  • Provide feedback to the development team regarding market trends and client feature requests.

Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

  • Language: Fluent, business-level English with a neutral accent (clear articulation is non-negotiable).
  • Technical Acumen: You MUST understand what software is beyond the surface level. You need to know what an ERP system does (e.g., integrating finance, HR, inventory) and understand standard web terminology (e.g., SaaS, Cloud, API, UI/UX).
  • AI Interest: A genuine passion or interest in Artificial Intelligence and how it applies to business automation.
  • Education: A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or IT is a strong plus.
