UI/UX Designer

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into effective digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Maintain consistency using design systems and style guides
• Improve user journeys based on feedback and analytics
• Design experiences for B2B and enterprise applications
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines (color, typography, visuals)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience with Framer or similar tools
• Solid understanding of usability and interaction design principles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio with UI/UX case studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animations or micro-interactions
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of accessibility standards
• Experience with A/B testing or analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
