Applicants should be based in or around Kandy, or be able to commute to our Kandy office on designated in office days as part of our hybrid work model.

What You'll Do:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams and clients.
• Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents and project documentations.
• Execute testing and validate solutions.
• Capture business requirements into functional specifications.
• Assist in coordinating with development and support teams.
• Handle the scrum teams and get the daily updates and ensure smooth feature delivery process.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3rd or 4th year university students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Interest in software products and client-facing work.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work with teams and manage tasks well.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Figma, or APIs is a plus.
