Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and customer service? We're looking for a motivated Trainee Client Support professional to join our team.
In this role, you'll gain hands on experience in customer support, POS system setup, software demonstrations, troubleshooting, and client relationship management.
Applicants who are based in or around Kandy or are able to commute to our Kandy office on a daily basis.
Job Role:
- Provide customer support through calls, emails, and other support channels.
- Handle POS system setup & installation at customer locations.
- Conduct software demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and help resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback, bug reports, and software enhancement requests, and coordinate with the Software Development Team for solutions.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and networking.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and system installations.
