Lead Full-stack Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Full-stack Engineer who can lead end-to-end product engineering across React frontend, Go backend services, database design, AWS deployment flow, API integration, and production architecture. This is a leadership role for someone who can make technical decisions, review code, identify risks, and guide engineers across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend and backend technical direction using React, TypeScript, Go, and AWS
  • Design API contracts, service boundaries, database flows, and frontend architecture
  • Review code quality, architecture decisions, and production readiness
  • Break down product requirements into technical implementation plans
  • Guide engineers on Go service design, React component structure, testing, and deployment safety
  • Coordinate with DevOps on AWS environment, CI/CD, monitoring, rollback, and incident response
  • Analyze production issues across frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure layers
  • Maintain engineering standards, documentation, and technical decision records

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with Go/Golang backend service development
  • Strong SQL/database design and performance optimization experience
  • Production experience on AWS, including basic understanding of networking, IAM, logs, storage, and compute services
  • Experience designing REST APIs, WebSocket flows, auth, RBAC, admin systems, or high-traffic platforms
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git workflow, code review, logging, metrics, and production debugging
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers
