Business Analyst

Role

Bridge business needs and technical solutions, supporting project delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional/non-functional specifications (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement elicitation sessions
  • Analyze and improve existing business processes
  • Support solution design, UAT, and change request management
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • SaaS, CRM, or AI product experience is a plus
