Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards in Power BI for executive review.
• Financial Insights: Assist in analyzing monthly financial performance, variances, and budgeting data.
• Process Spreadsheet Magic: Utilize Advanced Excel to build complex financial models, lookups, and data tracking sheets.
• Collaboration: Work alongside team leads to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering. Business Analytics, or related field.
• Power BI: Solid hands-on experience developing intuitive dashboards, establishing data source connections, and writing functional DAX expressions.
• Advanced Excel: Complete mastery of data manipulation tools including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query alongside a proven ability to build complex formulas (absolute must)
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to spot anomalies in financial statements and data trends.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to explain data findings clearly to non-technical managers.
• 01-02 years of experience in a similar data/finance analyst role is preferred, but talented fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are welcome to apply!
