About the Company & Role
Wisdom RecruitmentS is pleased to partner with a leading, fast-growing IT firm based in Colombo to find an exceptional, highly organized, and proactive professional for the dual role of Program Manager cum Secretary.
In this high-visibility, full-time onsite role, you will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), serving as the vital link between executive strategic initiatives and seamless daily operations. This position demands a rare blend of sharp project/program management governance alongside elite executive personal assistance and public relations capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Strategic Coordination
- Oversee, track, and drive key company programs and strategic projects initiated by the CEO's office to timely completion.
- Monitor project timelines, coordinate across internal tech teams, and prepare comprehensive progress reports for the executive team.
- Maintain a high-level overview of organizational commitments and ensure action items from leadership meetings are executed.
Secretarial & Executive Personal Assistance
- Manage complex, fast-changing calendars and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule.
- Coordinate intricate local and international travel logistics, including comprehensive itinerary planning, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa arrangements.
- Draft, review, and polish high-level corporate communications, professional emails, and official documentation with precision.
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate executive meetings, ensuring agendas are set and detailed minutes are recorded.
Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a professional gatekeeper and primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, managing relationships with high-profile clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Handle PR-related inquiries and facilitate a smooth flow of communication that aligns with the firm’s leading reputation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience tracking projects or programs, coupled with executive secretarial or personal assistant experience, ideally within an IT or corporate corporate setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting) and modern calendar management tools.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to draft powerful, professional correspondence.
- Organizational Mastery: Out-of-the-box organization skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal Prowess: Strong PR, networking, and relationship-management skills characterized by high emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and professional decorum.
Work Schedule & Benefits
