We are on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious engineer to work independently while collaborating closely with our Lead Engineer. You will be involved in designing, building, testing, and deploying AI-driven software solutions, all within a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in alignment with modern development practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and software engineering.
  • Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
  • A solid grasp of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, version control systems (Git), testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in building software projects through coursework, internships, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
