SparkMind Robotics Lab is looking for a creative and driven individual to join our growing innovation-focused startup team.

We are searching for someone passionate about content creation, technology, marketing, and storytelling to help grow our robotics brand across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, social media trends, and modern marketing strategies, and enjoys creating engaging tech-focused content.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube Shorts
  • Record and edit robotics, AI, electronics, and engineering-related content
  • Plan content ideas and marketing strategies for audience growth
  • Narrate videos and present content confidently
  • Capture behind-the-scenes lab activities, student projects, and robotics demonstrations
  • Help build and grow the SparkMind Robotics Lab brand online
  • Work together with the team on course recordings and promotional content
  • Follow social media trends and improve content performance

✅ Requirements

  • Knowledge in content creation and social media marketing
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Understanding of short-form viral content strategies
  • Confident communication and narration skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to generate content ideas
  • Passion for technology, robotics, engineering, AI or startups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Knowledge in Arduino and robotics

⭐ Bonus Skills

  • Photography / videography skills
  • Knowledge in robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi or electronics
  • Graphic design skills
  • Experience managing social media pages
