Software Engineering Internship - React

Everest Technologies is looking for a passionate and creative React Intern to join our web development team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in modern frontend development. You will work alongside experienced developers to build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and related technologies while learning industry best practices in software development and UI engineering.

Requirements

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
✔ Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
✔ Understanding of React fundamentals, components, props, state, and hooks
✔ Familiarity with responsive web design concepts
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reusable and maintainable UI components using React.js • Assist in implementing responsive and mobile-friendly web interfaces • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and usability • Participate in code reviews, testing, and development discussions • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences • Follow coding standards and best practices for frontend development

Preferred Skills

  • React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) concepts • Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries • REST API integration and JSON data handling • Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI frameworks • Git and GitHub version control • Basic understanding of frontend build tools and deployment workflows
