MBiz Software is looking for a passionate tech enthusiast to join our team as a Help Desk Intern.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service to gain hands-on experience in a professional support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and tracking
• Coordinate with developers, designers, testers, & clients 
• Assist with requirements, documentation, and reports
• Support testing and issue tracking

What We're Looking For

• Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Good communication and problem- solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work well with a team
