Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

  • Perform functional and technical testing for web, API integrations, and mobile solutions (Manual & Automation) 
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases 
  • Coordinate and guide Junior Quality Assurance Engineers 
  • Analyze requirements and provide suitable recommendations 
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Software Engineers 
  • Manage and adhere to release cycles 
  • Participate in scrum meetings and daily stand-up sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering from a recognized university 
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the IT industry 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Knowledge of SQL, Selenium IDE, or Azure Test Plans will be an added advantage 
  • Prior experience in QA Automation will be an added advantage 
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
