Management Trainee - Strategy & Operations

We are looking for a highly analytical, driven, and execution-focused Management Trainee - Strategy & Operations to support business operations, financial validation, strategic initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced software product environment and is eager to gain broad exposure across operations, finance, analytics, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and operational execution across departments
  • Monitor company KPIs, reports, and business performance
  • Analyze sales, financial, customer, and operational data
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and business insights
  • Validate financial reports, budgets, and operational spending
  • Support business forecasting, cost analysis, and decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on execution
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in process improvement, SOP documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using AI and digital tools

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (1st Class or 2nd Upper Class) in Business Adminstration, Finance, Analytics, or related fields

Skills and Compitencies

  • Strong attention to detail and execution capability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of business operations and financial concepts
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Mirosoft Office Suite / Other BA tools
