Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, building strong client relationships, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to meet client needs and achieve company growth objectives. The candidate will also work closely with internal teams to align sales activities with overall business goals. A probationary period of 1-3 months is included.

Qualifications

  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proactive attitude with results-driven aptitude and ability to meet targets
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt quickly.
