Role Overview

This role is essential in ensuring that all Medfuture web platforms are secure, functional, and error-free. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both software quality assurance, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of Medifuture's digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues using standard tracking tools (eg, JIRA).
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand features and technical implementation
  • Perform regression testing and validate software releases across staging and production environments.
  • Ensure compliance with performance, security, usability, and cross-browser compatibility standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software QA role.
  • Proficient in test management tools and automation frameworks (eg, Selenium, Postman).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and documentation skils
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
