The Role

As CHRO, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors. You will not just manage HR; you will design the culture, the leadership pipeline, and the global talent strategy that will define the firm’s success for the next decade.

Requirements

✅ Industry Foundation: Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT Industry in HR.

✅ Executive Experience: Minimum 8 years in a senior Management/Leadership HR role (Director or Head level).

✅ Vision: Proven track record in organizational design, digital HR transformation, and high-level stakeholder management.

✅ Education: Master’s degree in HR or MBA from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
